By accessing or using the website blazitek.com and any products or services offered by Blazitek Solutions Inc. ("Blazitek", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Blazitek provides:

  • IT Consulting: Corp-to-Corp (C2C) engineering services, full-stack development, and AI/ML integration
  • SaaS Products: A portfolio of independently operated AI-powered software applications, each with its own terms of use

3. User Accounts

Some products require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our services

5. Payment Terms

Paid products are billed through Stripe on a recurring subscription basis. Prices are listed on each product's website. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the product's billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@blazitek.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and products — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Blazitek Solutions Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Content You Create

You retain ownership of any content you create using our products. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. AI-Generated Content

Several of our products use artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use. Blazitek does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blazitek Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
